Todd(very experienced and competent in the electrical field) fixed my ceiling fan very professionally and very quickly, as I waited in their beautiful showroom with just of all sorts of quality lamps, lights and ceiling fans. Not too many quality places left in the Grand Rapids township which offers such a large variety of home decor and ideas. If you want quality and lots of options this would be the place to go.

I have become someone that order a LOT of things online. Through many frustrations trying to find matching light sets we finally decided to visit a STORE. We were so happy when we arrived and we actually had someone to talk to about our lighting needs. The associate listened to our design style goals, and really worked hard to find the lighting we were looking for. I had forgotten how nice it is to have someone HELP US IN PERSON. And the service that we got from Grand Rapids Lighting was amazing. Walked out the door that day with the perfect lights for our new bathroom. This is changing my mind to getting back to actual stores where people help!

My husband and I brought in a lamp that was broken and in pieces, we both thought was unfixable ....in less them one week we picked our perfectly repaired lamp with no evidence of the break . Came here for the beat the clock savings deal. Advertised 40% off, make sure you price check first! Everything is marked up just so they can advertise the discount. You can do better with competitors deals. Asked for a price match, manager didn't even bother to speak with me in person, instead let over $1500 sale walk out the door. Unsatisifed.
