Granger Medical Clinic -Wasatch

It must’ve been about 25 years ago that my brother told me about and recommended Dr. Barman. I’ve been going there since. Dr. Barman knows who I am and my health history. I am convinced that I could Not get better care any place else. Dr. Barman is an amazing physician that cares about his patients. He works hard. He has always been there for me. I am very lucky to have Dr. Barman as my physician

The front office was amazing. They worked together like a well oiled machine! Checking in went well. Dr. Martinez Ross is a great internal medicine doctor!! He is compassionate, gentle and honest. I like his sense of humor too.

Good experience from start to finish - user friendly new patient scheduling, they scheduled me the same week I called, on time/minimal time spent in waiting room, empathetic, comprehensive questioning and follow up appointments/referrals. Haven’t had an experience like that in any medical facility in years, to the point where even going at all is anxiety producing. Thanks!

The ease of setting an appointment to receiving a reminder call and a reminder email and a reminder text to the actual appointment was really great. Celeste, who set my appointment gave me really good directions on finding the office at Saint Mark's. Joe, the MA was informative and helpful during the appointment. Dr. Brown was super great and easy to talk to explain my condition. Yes. Yes, I would recommend Granger to anyone who is looking for quality care.

Dr. Was excellent, the 3 front counter staff was not. Asked them a couple questions, instead of walking into the other room and finding out the answer, I waited 30 min. And had to flag down a nurse to help me. It's been 10 days and no one's called with lab results. This is not acceptable or what I'm used to. Been going there over 12 years.

Was hoping granger would be different then uofu but it turns out they are just as bad in caring for their patients. And when you are disabled on medicaid you have to suffer far worse then most. Ira the number one factor that will decide whether you are provided patient care or not. Hell if you are lucky enough a doctor will make an appointment with you anyway. But i assure you you won't be treated with respect or dignity your quality of life simply won't. After to any of these doctors. It's all about the paycheck don't waste your time.

I had to cancel my appointment with doctor Iqbal due to being exposed to covid. I called the front desk to ask if I could change the appointment to telehealth, because I am having serious medical problems and could not wait to reschedule. The woman on the phone refused to ask the doctor if she was able to switch our appointment to telehealth. She also denied me when I asked to speak to a nurse because it was urgent. I asked to reschedule and I was told she would “call me back” so I could. I never got a call back. It is your job to take medical needs seriously. Whoever is at the front desk deserves to be fired.

Friendly and efficient staff, fast checkin, and professional medical services. I have great confidence in Dr. Brown and the attention he gives to me and my heart needs. Thank you!

I get the best medical treatment here. The doctors, and the staff are very knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been going here for many, many years. My personal physician is here, and she is fantastic! She listens to all my concerns, and then she sets up a treatment plan. I feel great. I do have some on going issues, but with everything my doctor does with me has been working for me. I'm very happy with my medical care.

I visit Dr. Brown at this clinic. His office is fabulous! Both his office and Dr. Brown deserves 5 stars! I have also visited Dr. Martinez-Ross and the lab there at this clinic and they get 1 star from me based on my experience with them. Dr. Martinez’ office DOES NOT communicate and the lab continues to lose or wrongly process labs that I’ve had and I’ve had to go back in and have them done over again. I will continue with Dr brown absolutely but I am looking for another internist to replace Dr. Martinez-Ross as I need a Dr who at least communicates with his patients.
