Steven W. Heath is a well established family physician with a beautiful professional and academic journey. He commenced his career in the healthcare arena in 1987 upon acquiring his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine. At the Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, he underwent his residency training in family practice. Board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Steven W. Heath is also a member of several professional societies and groups, such as the Salt Lake County Medical Society, American Academy of Family Practice, Utah Medical Association, and Association of American Physicians and Surgeons. In recognition of his outstanding performance in the field of family medicine, Dr. Steven W. Heath has been selected to join the premier ranks of the Leading Physicians of the World, a world-class publication of the International Association of Health Care Professionals (IAHCP). In his time away from his busy schedule, he enjoys gardening and hiking. Prior to completing a formal education in medicine, Dr. Heath obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Science in Medical Technology and Science and became a Radiation Therapist from the University of Utah (1983).
