Granite City Real Estate

Management is terrible. Nobody responds to you when you have an issue. We just got 20 inches of snow and everyone around us is plowed out except the buildings granite city owns. Half the cars can't leave the parking lot because no one will take responsibility to call someone and get the place plowed. Everyone just keeps saying it's someone else's job. We have lived here for a year and a half and it's a constant struggle to get the people that work here to do their jobs. I completely regret moving to this complex. I should have moved one building away where the management company does their jobs.

We used Lynn Feldhege as our realtor and she was awesome. We will definitely use her again for everything related to real estate!

Wonderful! I was running into dead ends everywhere trying to find a different apartment to move too. I had an individual recommend Granite City Real Estate to me. They were extremely nice, took the time to sit down with me and go over the rental options available to me. No one else had done this for me. I'd definitely recommend them!

Of the four apartment management companies I have dealt with in the St. Cloud metro area, Granite City Realty was the only company that I didn't have a problem with. In fact, I would recommend renting from this company over others in the area.

So far they have been supportive and they have a great maintenance crew. Hours posted on website are inconsistent and it is hard to reach management.
