Would leave like a -10 star review if I could. Brought a Jeep wrangler in here to get serviced that was having electrical issues. The back tire was STOLEN while on their lot and they claimed 0 responsibility for it. They also claimed they didn't have security cameras which is not true. Some dishonesty going on at this place. In terms of the service -- they said they found no electrical issues and charged a $150 diagnostic fee. My car died three days later due to electrical issues. Brought it to my local shop and they fixed it for $60. Avoid this place if you care about your vehicle at all. Also...they tried to sell me a new tire and wheel at full cost in case you were wondering!
Al was fantastic he explained everything in detail. Al went through all the programs in detail with how the vehicle works. He also took his time when I brought my wife back to see the vehicle and explained everything again in full detail . Al is very patient and this is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from him and I will continue to use him on my next purchase as well. Thank you Al.
My wife and I purchased a new Jeep from Grava and are so pleased with the dealer and especially our sales person, Gianni. The entire process was done timely and picking up the vehicle was very easy and seamless with follow-ups from Gianni. I would highly recommend this dealership in Medford.
I love Grava!! I have always had a great experience there!! Nick Pesiridis was so helpful, fun to talk to and asked what options I was interested in. He listened and showed me exactly what I was looking for. They are never pushy and always have my best interest in mind. I always recommend Grava to friends and family! I have gone here for the last 9 years and will continue to get my vehicles there in the future! Actually, I don't even live in MA lol I make the trip down from NH lol
Worst Customer service. In October 2021 we purchased a brand new 2021Jeep Cherokee L. Less than a year in 2022 the radio started to have issues. We called and mentioned to them about it. They said someone was going to call us back to get it checked, but nobody called us back.. In 2023 the jeep started to make noise. So I called and mentioned about the noise I was hearing from the drivers side and also mentioned again about the radio that nobody called back. They scheduled to get the jeep serviced. Once they did that they told us that there’s nothing wrong with the jeep and that they had to just order a new radio. So my husband got home lifted the jeep and made a video exactly where the problem was and contacted Al. It was a back and forth so my husband decided to write a review here and that’s when the manager contacted him to schedule another service and apologize. I dropped the jeep there to get fixed. After arguing with them about a rental they finally got me one. When I went to get my jeep back I noticed a piece of the panel next to the radio was broken. I showed the manager he told me they would order another panel to replace it. It has been over a year nobody called me for that. I also had requested to get the seats detailed as we got that included with our package and nobody called us for that either…. So fast forward one year later… 3 weeks ago I called to schedule a service appointment because the jeep started to make the same noise as before but this time is worse. I asked to have a manager call me back since we had this issue in the past I wanted to go straight to the person that can resolve this the best way possible. Yet nobody called me back. So last week on Tuesday I called explained everything all over again. I told them I will need a rental to make sure they schedule my appointment when they have a rental ready for me. The person I spoke to said that they would only have a rental next Wednesday which is today. So I scheduled the appointment, they called a day before to confirm it. Just For me to get there today and they tell me they don’t have a rental and they don’t even know when they will have one?!? So they couldn't even book me another service appointment. And supposedly they will call me when they have a rental available which I doubt that will happen. This is why I’m writing this review. What kind of service is this seriously? After reading some of the reviews here apparently you guys are used to doing this to the customers. It’s so wrong. I took a day off work to go drop the jeep there. I wasted time and gas. You guys need to be more responsible with your customers. I am truly very disappointed. Sincerely, Stefany
Please read this before going to have your car services at Grava Jeep in Medford. In all the years of bringing car to dealers this has to be the worse experience I ever had. This is the first and last time I bring my car there. I went in to have four tire replaced. Something that should have taken two hours at most took four and a half hours. I ended up paying an extra $487 Dollars because they said the aluminum caps had corrosion which does make since because I fill the air in the tire 2 weeks prior and use my finger to put them back on. see picture They made them tighter themselves. And after all the wait they said you are all set your car is outside and they gave me the keys. The tires had all this glum all over them see picture They told me the glue will come out if I take it to a car wash. Worse customer service I've seen. A total scam no doubt. If I can give them less than one star I would.
Service department here has serious issues. I’ve been bringing my jeep here for about 5 years and today at my oil change was told they don’t work on cars older than 10 years and wouldn’t be able to service my jeep anymore. This was a shock since they worked on in last November when it was 11 years old. I was planning on trading this 50k mile 12 year old jeep and purchasing a new one here. I will now avoid this dealership. What a magnificent way to turn away customers. Why schedule an appointment for my vehicle and waste my time? It’s not like it was my first time in.
We came to this dealership after leaving the Nissan dealership where we didn't have a good experience. We were greeted right away. The sales person was very friendly and very helpful. He listened to us. He actually cared about helping us. We told him what we were interested in and very quickly he gave us options and we test drove a Grand Cherokee and we fell in love with it. The sales person Al gave us a great deal and took care of everything. It was the best experience we have had buying a car. So stress free. I will definitely recommend
