We love having mike and his team take care of our home. They do a great job! I highly recommend them for drainage jobs as well. Mike has years of experience in landscaping.

Grayson South has provided me and my family excellent lawn care and landscaping services for over 10 years at our home in South Charlotte. Over the years Grayson South has provided exceptional yard care and maintenance and when we needed regrading to mitigate rain water runoff, the team at Grayson not only exceeded our expectations they gave us the outdoor living space we always wanted.

We moved into our home a year ago and discovered that the backyard flooded each time it rained. A neighbor told us that our backyard was always like that and the previous owner tried to fix it but with no success. He was convinced it could never be fixed. Well, Mike came out, assessed the issue and provided us a solution and quote. It was more than what others had quoted but I felt good about him because he was more professional than the others who provided a quote. I am happy that I paid a little more because now our backyard never gets flooded and he did such a good job it practically stopped the flooding in my neighbors backyard. As a result, I hired him for other landscaping work and had similar results. I would highly recommend him.

I am a Realtor for Keller Williams in Fort Mill. My clients bought a home in Tega Cay, SC that had major water drainage issues from the outside into the crawlspace. Mike and his crew did a great job fixing the issue for my clients. They dug out the entire bed in front of the house by hand (at least 6 feet down), water-proofed the entire exterior wall and fixed all the piping / downspouts to that area. I would highly recommend Mike Neese from Grayson South!
