Grease Monkey

Very disappointed with the customer service!! The person checking in customers was basically trying to talk me out of waiting for an oil change. I understand that it's busy on the weekends and I planned for a wait. One of the perks of using this company is getting a little bit of extras, interior vacuum and window cleaning has always been a plus but I didn't get this service so I probably won't go back to Grease monkey again because of this. I can just go to any oil change place if I can't get the upgrades then there's really no point.

Best quick oil change place I've been to in the metro area. Laurence was very helpful and knowledgeable when I called and again when I got the oil change. Everyone there paid attention to details and were great communicators. I'll definitely go back :Service: Oil change

These guys do regular maintenance on my 4runner. John loves his Toyotas and is a really nice guy. Definitely a solid Grease Monkey to take your vehicle to.

Employees were nice and professional. Recommendations were made on services. They took the time to show me the deficiencies before any decisions were made. The wait time was exceptional. Best place in Lakewood to get your oil changed amazingly friendly staff and fast service they're not pushy they don't try to haggle you to buy something you don't need, but they do keep track of your vehicle maintenance and do tell you what needs to be done. They always vacuum, and clean the windows, and even do sweet things like leave you flowers. We drive 20+ miles out of our way just to go here every time.

I honestly don’t know why I keep coming to this grease monkey. It’s probably the slowest one I’ve ever been to and it doesn’t have WiFi like most of the other ones do. The last two times I was here it took over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. They usually tell me it will be 45 min to an hour and it’s always been longer. It sucks because this one is the most convenient for me to get to but it’s not convenient when it takes this long. On the upside, they did leave me a rose in my car the most recent time I went.

My check engine light came on after my visit. Code was for something the had done for me. When we went back in they only cleared to code and did not rectify anything.Service: Oil change

The staff at this specific location corner of wads and Mississippi are very helpful and knowledgeable. There were a few things going on with my daughters car and they helped me out with no issues and kept it pretty inexpensive. Everyone was friendly, great experience.
