Stood there waiting to be helped for several minutes. Another worker came out took the next person, but then skipped me to take the guy who so rudely walked up in front of me while I'm trying to stand back as signs ask. Not worth the insult.

Always great service and cookies are melt in mouth good. Work in mall so stop there frequently.

They don't wash there hands also whole staff is on some type of drugs

The stuff here is already overpriced, and on top of that, they don't fill the drink up all the way. If they're going to keep their prices that high, they can at least fill the drinks up all way. I'm going to Auntie Anne's instead next time.

Horrible customer service. I need a cookie cake once a year and they manage to screw it up every time with no attempt to make things right.

The same two extremely rude workers every single time. Both just blankly stared at me the last three times I've been and acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering a freaking cookie. Maybe time to change the staff?
