Always get a great haircut from Great Clips. So easy when you download the app. You check in online and even it's a busy day such as a Saturday afternoon when there might be a hour and a half wait, you can sit at home and wait for the time to head to the salon. I've never met one of the stylists there that aren't happy to have you as a client, and give you an awesome clip on top of it. 5 stars for Great Clips!

I checked in online for my 6 year old son and myself. We got there and checked inthe store, waited for our turn. No problems here, this was expected and is normal. Once they called my sons name, the cutter/stylist Laura did not even acknowledge either one of us or even say hi. I let that pass as maybe she was having a bad day. It happens. However where I drew the line when she gestured to the chair for him to sit down, non-verbally, not a word, and the chair was covered in dirty hair from the customer just before my sons turn. I said nope, told my son we'll get our haircuts somewhere else, asked for the employees name, and left. Didn't make a scene, but I know what my expectations are and common courtesy and cleanliness. Neither of which we got at this store. This day in age I'll let a bad attitude slide, but I will most certainly not allow someone to touch my child who does not take the bare minimum in cleanliness. Very disappointed with this experience..absolutely do not recommend.

Got a hair cut, asked for a certain style of bangs, she said no problem. She thinned out 1 side without telling me,cut uneven bangs, uneven angles, and I couldn't correct her on the spot as she did not hold up a mirror for me to see "I struggle seeing, even with glasses. For 9 ys I've been going here. The last couple of times it's not been good,hair cuts have been terrible!!! What's going on? You used to have steady good, and regular stylists now a new face every time. Maybe it's time to try sports clips,especially if the bad haircuts continuesService: Haircut

Got both my son and my haircuts at the same time. Staff was great working with him. Online reservation and text reminder made for easy limited waiting appointment.

There can be a long wait, but you can easily avoid that by checking-in online. I always go with Tiffany - she's very fast and very friendly. Plus, $16.00 for a quality haircut is a steal!
