Online check-in fast and efficient. Mary, my stylist, was pleasant and skilled. She remembered me from past couple of visits. And my visits are very infrequent. I am very pleased with my much shorter cut!

I asked for a custom 1940s haircut for a play I was doing, and they accommodated me very well! I came out looking great! My director thought my hair was perfect.

Not the greatest experience today. One of the stylist was very loud. Even joked with my 6 yr that if he didn't listen to me she would shave him bald. My children are autistic and take thing literal. The other stylist didn't even have me come check my other child's hair.

Doubtful due to other's reviews but Mary made me feel comfortable and thanks for your suggestions.Staff are friendly, professional and communicative. I felt satisfied with your service.

Just got the worst haircut of my life after clear instruction. Get your haircut elsewhere unless you want to look like a joke until it grows back.

So I had Mary both times I cut my hair here, I got a pixie cut. Last year, I came and got all of my hair cut off and was nervous about it but Mary did a fantastic job on it and it looked wonderful. I came in a few weeks ago to cut my hair again into another pixie cut & again, Mary did a fantastic job! I really only want Mary to continue to cut my hair.Service: Haircut

The stylists here are always super friendly and do a great job on me and my Grandma's haircuts. Mine is long layered and Grandma gets a pixie.

When someone doesn't like their job and you get a work done from them is the result of my Haircut. Worst haircut done by Karen. She was very rude, arrogant with unpleasant behavior did all the cut very irrelevant and disgusting way. After she finished and cleaned, all the hair dust was left on my neck cloths all over my body and got on my car as well. Literally I never had such a ugly haircut for me. Can't take it myself. I don't know why such people will get hired for hair stylish works. Never with Great Clips again.Service: Haircut

I don’t want to sound rude at all. However, I’ve had some of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had from here. I don’t know my hairstylists name, but I’ve had her 3-4 times and every time I go she messes up entirely and does not do what I ask. Then, when I tell her it’s not right, she gets an attitude and makes it seem like I’m the problem. It’s my fault for continuing to go back. She’s very nice but not good at her job.Service: Haircut
