Great House Vacuums

Took my Dyson vacuum in there on a Saturday for service as it randomly stopped getting suction and was losing power. The guy was straight forward on the cost and suggested the diagnostic first to determine what exactly was wrong. I was instructed to call Monday afternoon for an update. I called and the guy working there told me exactly what the issues were and how much it would cost. I agreed to let him fix my vacuum and was advised it would be ready Wednesday. I stopped by today after I got off work to get my vacuum cleaner. The guy working there who I dealt with initially and over the phone helped me. He advised me again of exactly what was wrong. Showed me the old parts and filters from my vacuum and even gave some suggestions on how to avoid the issues happening again. He started my vacuum up in store before I left to ensure it was working. I got home and used my vacuum to clean my apartment. I can honestly say my vacuum has not ran this well and the suction has not been this strong in a long time. The thing tried to eat my bathroom rug when before it barely cleaned it. The accessories all work again and the wand has amazing suction again. Thank you very much Great House Vacuums. My 9 year old Dyson vacuum is running as good as the day I bought it which is amazing and very satisfying. I am amazed out how much dirt and dust and carpet cleaner residue it pulled out of the carpets when I cleaned them this evening.

I'm not sure if it's been owned and operated by the same people or not but there's been a vacuum repair place in this location for many years. It wasn't applicable to me until 2013, twice since then I've required the man's services and both times price was fair and my vacuum was repaired properly the first time. The man was also polite, the store is clean and next time I need s vacuum I'll probably buy it here.

Just called to see if I can bring in my steam cleaner and the gentleman who answered the phone cut me off in mid sentence each time I prepared to ask a question. Called Arkansas Vacuum Repair and Supply and Ethan was very helpful, confirmed his address and closing time. People need to remember that customer service is everything.

Great little place! People are friendly and know vacuums. Always able to get parts I need. Just picked up a belt for my favorite vacuum, its one with the light up clean sensors.

Want to do unnecessary work under warranty when an issue is straight forward and known.
