Great location with very easy access to parking and getting in an out on to Chenal. It’s connected to target, Chick-fil-A in a few other places… So it does get a little hectic entering and exiting. Staff is fairly helpful, it is sometimes difficult to find someone who can help you out. Most of the time you have to look for someone, they are not readily available.
I visited Home Depot today to buy an exterior door. I asked for assistance and the department was paged 6 times. I have back issues and standing is painful. After the several pages that had 0 results I went to customer service to speak to the manager. It took 2 pages to get his attention. He did apologize and said he may not have staff in that area, but he never offered to solve the issue. I told him that I would take my purchase to Lowe's - which I did. I bought the door, I was treated nicely and actually had an associate help me. I can understand having staffing issues, but the manager is there to solve the issue. He is supposed to find help for the customer or provide assistance.
This has been out go-to store, and after our experience today we will never be back. The woman at the customer service counter was extremely rude both on the phone when we called AND in person. We purchased a fan yesterday and when we were installing it today we realized a piece was missing from the box. When we called to explain what happened prior to driving there, she told us to bring in the part and exchange it. We asked for her name in case we ran into an issue and she said she wouldn't give it to us. We asked to speak to the manager and after a 20 minute wait, the call disconnected. When we called back and told her we were disconnected she said "I can't make the manager answer the phone" and put us on hold again. We came into the store with our receipt and told the woman I assume the same one I spoke to on the phone about our issue very nicely. She said "I know who you are. Get the part out of a box on the floor." With no help, we went to the aisle and found a box with the part. We told an associate nearby so it didn't look like we were stealing. He told us to go ahead and take it out of the box and leave the box on the shelf..... this is probably how this whole incident happened in the first place. So another customer would come in and buy a fan missing a part. When you're spending a good amount of money on items, you expect everything to be in the box. We live 30 minutes away and driving back in was already a hassle. Absolutely awful customer service. We will not be returning to this store and will drive out of our way to go elsewhere.
Ordered tile on line which didn't meet our needs. Returned it to local store and they quickly returned all my money including shipping. Just needed the order number from my email, and no hassles!
Came in to buy a washer and Diego was helping someone else. We waited until he was done. He told us he would be right back, when he finally came back he was helping the lady that was in line after us. Hope Lowes has better customer service.
This is my go to for DIY. They've been out of stock for things I've been looking for.
My review is for the lady in the receiving dept. Showed up on 12/5 at about 0700 to pickup an empty trailer. Beautiful lady I don't remember her name & I had a great conversation while she was checking to make sure the trailer was empty. She then had to come outside to unlock the kingpin & we were able to chat more. We may have gotten off so well because she's from Connecticut & I'm from Pennsylvania Awesome lady with a great personality!! 10 stars really.
My wife bought me a present for Christmas..a toolbox I didn't know until she told me after all the following happened, which was supposed to be delivered right before Christmas..I sat at home all day for the delivery.. which never came..we called, and they said they weren't sure what happened, so we went back and rescheduled the delivery..as they said they weren't sure what happened but we could reschedule..so we did..and it was supposed to be delivered today..but apparently the item is now missing..so it is supposed to be delivered next Monday.. supposedly..it's been almost a month and we still have not gotten our product. This is not ok.. terrible experience
I haven’t been in a Home Depot I didn’t like, yet. People here are friendly. Mike in power tools is the best, but that bathroom is a shame. The one working soap dispenser in the men’s restroom is in the pic. I had to take a star off for the upkeep of the patron restroom.
Nice HD store and in a good location. It does seem a bit smaller than other HD stores I have been too but it doesn't seem to be without anything the other stores offer. It is close to other shops and restaurants so if you need something they don't offer, you're not far from what you do need.
