Kraftco Hardware

Man! Been a long time since I went to Kraftco but since I needed hardware for a project this was the only hardware store in the city even though I passed on the way wannabe stores lol...I was met by a young brother who enlisted another young brother and we conversed about the proper approach, they were sooooo cool! Kraftco is the most unique hardware store in town and they literally have everything! The vibe is wholesome and intriguing. Come experience the friendliness of Kraftco.

This is a very nice little store, full of super friendly helpful people. I highly recommend this place to anybody, the atmosphere and positivity was so nice I will definitely be back again. Johnny was my sales person and he was extremely smart and extremely helpful.

Every time I go here I’m over priced the first filter I bought from Kraftco $15 the second filter is from Ace Hardware five dollars exact same thing except the one I bought from Ace Hardware it’s cheaper and much better I will never go to this high price place again I really think That it is a prejudice thing I will never go back again Ace Hardware will always get my money

Kraftco has been my go-to hardware store for decades! The friendly staff greets you as soon as you enter the store- unlike the chainstores that normally go the other direction! They are Johnny-on-the-spot and know exactly where everything is located. They have a wealth of information, suggestions and helpful advice for whatever one is needing! Also, check out their aquatic area while you are there! P.S. They love homemade snacks! So a platter of cookies, brownies or spinach dip will score you extra points!

DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THEM. They refused to take our payment and said it was a “prepaid” card even though my husband gets his paychecks direct deposited every two weeks. Which left us completely in a bind and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and didn’t care that this was a huge inconvenience for us, but we called Penske and we were able to get a truck immediately 5 stars for them :

The Folks at Kraftco are so helpful with all your hardware needs and also if you are into Tropical fish and supplies. They even do full custom set ups. Complete help for all your hardware needs, not like big box stores where you simply can get no help! Keep it up Kraftco!!!!!

This place is awesome. Staff and owners are super helpful. They remember people and offer great guidance that doesn’t feel like trying to upsell products when you have a project you are working on that’s maybe a bit outside of your expertise. My first stop for projects and home problems for sure, and definitely a great place if you are a DIYer who doesn’t know every piece of hardware :

It's a place from another time, unchanged and cutting edge at the same time. Just wander through, get a great grill or keys made or stakes for your tomatoes. All sorts of tools and hardware. Bird feeders, great variety of high quality fans.Everybody's so helpful and seem to really like being there...for years! That says a lot.
