Great Lakes Guide Service

Glgs was great Brandon and Dan were awesome! we had 5 guys but it felt like 7 Dan and Brandon fit in with my friends and I perfectly. They did a really good job putting us on to fish and getting them netted. We are looking in to booking another trip with them next month. Whether you fish all the time or have never gone they know exactly how to handle you. Also they recommended a place for lunch and were spot on. Thanks guys see you again soon.

Excellent day on the water. We had some first timers and Capt. Kyle and first mate Josh were great with putting us on fish and with helping us land them. I will be fishing with them again!!!

We were visiting from Washington state and wanted to fish salmon in Lake Michigan. We picked Great Lakes Guide Service based on all their good reviews in Google. It was easy to schedule and the staff was very helpful. After booking they send you information about your charter and what to bring for it. They will filet and bag your fish afterwards so bring a cooler to transport them. It was just me and my husband on the boat and Brandon and Blake were our guides. We were very impressed by them. They were very knowledgeable about where to go and what rigs to use. Both were very friendly and answered all our questions. We were pleasantly surprised to have limited out within an hour and a half!! We caught 5 king and 4 coho salmon, two steelhead, and one lake trout. One of the kings I caught was 20 lbs and my husband caught a 15 pounder. We had so much fun! In no way did I expect to get our limit that quickly which says a lot about the skills of this charter's guides! Would highly recommend!
