Couldn't even ride the duck! Called ahead of time, no answer. Left a message, no call back. Get to Saugatuck and go to their information window and the only information the very useful employee offered up was "we're done for the day", and that was just after noon during the summer. Maybe the tour is good, but they sure don't seem to care about trying to make you a customer.

That was a really fun experience. I loved how they also told very fascinating history about the town. I would defiantly recommend going on the harbor duck, especially if you have kids.

Very fun, kids loved it, captain kept the humor up the whole ride making it very entertaining. Bit pricy for less then 1 hour ride but we thought it was worth the money. Would go again if back in the area.

So I called this company several times this morning to try to book a trip time and each time it went to the voice mail. I left a message, no-one called back it's currently 18:27. We drove to the office in Saugatuck, to be greeted by a young guy who had no customer skills whatsoever. He said quote "we're done for the day!" It was 12:20 pm and there was no other explanation. Very poor service and wouldn't recommend.

Try booking reservations a week ahead of time. They lost our reservations. We wanted to schedule a group of 14 people. They are very disorganized and lost our business before we even were able to give it a try. Very rude customer service.
