Might have a good looking showroom but that’s it. Service is terrible. Would not recommend this place at all. Hope your purchase doesn’t have a warranty problem. Bought a $1000 trolling motor, had it maybe 5 months, something happened and it would not steer. Under 2 year warranty. Took it back to have it repaired and was told 3-4 weeks it would be repaired. I Called them on the fourth week. Was told Still not even looked at and was told 12 people ahead of me. 6 weeks called back, guess what still 12 people ahead of me. I usually don’t write a post but this is ridiculous. Prime fishing and no trolling motor.

Absolutely the best place to buy a boat! We had a wonderful, easy experience, purchasing our first boat. Jordan was phenomenal and so helpful with everything. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. They made buying a boat incredibly easy and we highly recommend them!!!

TERRIBLE place to do business. I drove 3-1/2 hrs. one way to their business and a salesman worked up a deal for a boat and trailer on paper - he told me the price was out the door. I got the money, insurance, etc... when they faxed the final bill of sale they raised the price almost $1,800 on the boat and trailer!!! I told them that was not the price we agreed upon, I have a paper with the final price on it from the salesman (and I sent them a photo of their salesman's price on their paper). The manager's response, "Sorry, there must have been a mistake." Yes, my mistake for trusting them. BAD BUSINESS!!!

Nikki and the great outdoors team are the best. I have scoured the earth looking for the perfect deal and all roads led me back to the same place. Nikki was great and made my deal happen virtually over night. I told her the boat I wanted and she did the rest. Also the service team is second to none. They went above and beyond to assure that the boat was perfect for me. In my eyes the great outdoors team are the only dealers when it comes to bass boats new ir used. Thanks Scott, Nikki, Jerry and anyone I may have forgotten. Hope to see you all soon. Thanks your friend John Vanata
