Was told 4-6 weeks and they had my boat for 12 weeks. I called over a dozen times and no one could ever give me a straight answer. I finally went in person and they had the boat to me in three days and I was told I'd be taken care of, I wasn't. Said it needed cables for the controls and they ordered a whole new control box that was over 300$. Also was billed for all the labor. Never again. Terrible customer service and communication. Not to mention when I go to pick it up the body wasn't even trailered properly. Do yourself a favor and make the drive somewhere else.

Brought my boat here several times. They would do the same repair everytime just for me to take it out on the lake and the same thing go wrong with it. I finally brought my boat elsewhere and actually got it fixed.

The workers and staff here is helpful and nice. The owner is also an honest man.

My experience was not good. I took my pontoon boat to them for service. They cleaned 3 carbs and charged me $400. Got boat back and it ran great for 5 minutes then the motor decreased power. I called and they told me to bring the boat back. They had my boat for the next 5 1/2 weeks and did not get it fixed. I was told many times we will get to it this week and then by the end of the week they had still not worked on it. Once they did look at it, they told be it was electrical issues that the voltage regulator, and stater burnt up. They replaced the voltage regular with some wiring and said they didn't have the correct tools to remove the flywheel to get to the stater. That made me begin to question what kind of repair I was getting. I had finally had enough and told them I wanted my boat back even though it was not fixed. They charged me another $400 for parts only and I was gone. I have now paid over $800 for repairs/parts and have a none running boat. I took the boat home and changed the stater myself in an afternoon, and the motor still is having problems. Their diagnosis was still wrong. I have since taken the boat to another repairman and the motor has been reviewed. My carbs have been taken off again and I am being told that the carbs were never cleaned the 1st time ($400 down the tube). They showed me the garbage that was in the carbs after they cleaned them. The new repairman found a few other minor problems and now it runs like it was supposed to. I would not recommend taking your boat here for repairs. Unless you have lots of money and do not want your boat back for boating season. They had my boat for a total of 7 1/2 weeks and still didn't get it right. Not to mention over $800 of my money.
