Great Wall Buffet

The food is great when it's fresh but Waite staff needs serious improvement. When your server forces their way uninvited into private conversations and becomes offended when it is pointed out that it is not appreciated and then that server refuses to do their duty and serve your table properly if at all during future visits, and then completely ignore multiple verbal requests for service with only a total of 2 other occupied tables in the establishment. If there is the opportunity to continuously glare at a table then there are undoubtedly an equal amount of opportunities for used dishes to be removed without the customer having to take them to an unoccupied table so there is adequate space to finish their meal comfortably or refill their drinks when it is requested without the customer having to chase them down after nearly 30 minutes of the table and requests being completely ignored. Management needs to spend less time on their personal devices and more time paying attention to whether or not their employees are actually doing what they are being payed to do. When this neglect is taking place just a few feet away from where management is sitting and nothing is done about it, it shows a complete disregard for the customers who are what ultimately keep any business open.

Food is mediocre, wait staff was very disorganized, and the dining area is disgustingly filthy with very old fixtures throughout. Clean up and remodel then I'd give it another try.

The employees are so wonderfully kind and they take very good care of you and of course the food is amazing very good hot and sour soup

Service is great waitress is very friendly and it's the only Chinese buffet in town so it's ok not the best but it'll work
