I needed an emergent tooth extraction due to a tooth fracture. They got me in the very next day first thing in the morning. Cassidy in the front office was kind, and efficient in getting me scheduled. Lisa, the assistant was wonderful and settled my nerves. I was not an easy patient! but Dr. Sivori and the entire staff where responsive and caring and gave me the time I needed to recover from the procedure. I am tolerating post-op on Tylenol only! They now have my full trust, and I will be following up with them for my implant s. I can 100% recommend this staff to anyone who suffers from "dental anxiety". The skill and care are top notch.

This is the absolute worst oral surgeon I have ever experienced! Not only did he leave tooth fragments, but he also was impatient, and got rude. When I told him I could still feel, and the numbing shot wasn’t enough. Mind you, I paid extra for the nitrogen, gas, which I had never had before, and they put the mask on me, but never did turn the gas on. I paid that in cash. I should have known better than to go to this oral surgeon when I had 2 dentist advise against him strongly! I have never gone back, not even for a schedule check up. I went to another oral surgeon and even though that one didn’t take my insurance I had no problem paying for that visit after what I just went through with Dr. Pape. I was traumatized, and thank God the new oral surgeon I went to had compassion and honesty! I was shocked when I saw the x-rays showing the large pieces of tooth that was left behind! I do not recommend in any way, shape or form Going to see Dr. Pape! The rudeness, and the unprofessionalism was one thing, but not taking care of my oral health like he was supposed to is unacceptable! Also, the ladies who work in his office all answer to one office lady. That’s his mother. If you need a copy of what has transpired at his office, good luck trying to get it. I had to have the new oral surgeon call and threaten to get my dental work. That is unacceptable! Stay away from Dr. Pape!

This place is HORRIBLE. The office staff is rude and Dr. Pape is unprofessional. I am very scared of dentistry work in general so I was terrified of getting my wisdom teeth out. I was told multiple times by Dr. Pape and the staff that I would be put to sleep for the procedure so that made me feel a little better. Once I arrived for surgery, they put the IV in my arm and the mask thing over my nose so I assumed I was about to be unconscious. NOPE. I was AWAKE. I was absolutely terrified once I heard him start the drill up because I thought a mistake had been made because I wasn’t unconscious yet. I frantically tried to tell them “I am not sleeping yet!” I was kicking my feet to show that I was awake and Dr. Pape continued to say, “we need you to be quiet, Cassidy.” It started to hurt so I was yelling and they just kept telling me to be quiet. The whole experience was completely traumatizing. Not only that, but I’ve had to go back to their office 4 times following the surgery because of excruciating pain. It’s been 10 days since my surgery and I should not still be experiencing this amount of pain. DO NOT GO HERE.

My son Daniel had his wisdom teeth surgery done by Dr Sivori at the Shively location on October 26th 2022. What a great experience we had from the checkin, nurses and Dr Sivori himself. Very clean environment! Very detailed instructions to follow after surgery. Awesome. I would highly recommend Dr Sivori office!! Dr Sivori office called x3 to check on my son, it literally shows they care..

I had 4 wisdom teeth and an extra molar removed by Dr. Pape yesterday and I would 100% recommended this practice to anyone needing dental work done. Before and after the surgery they called to make sure any concerns I had were taken care of. Also, the surgery and recovery itself went seamlessly because of how great of a job they did. I was definitely nervous going into this because I’ve had some traumatic dental surgery experiences but I’m so happy I was referred to this practice because this experience couldn’t of been any better!

Very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Sivori is absolutely wonderful, and his assistant. They took time to answer questions, made me feel comfortable. Had two teeth extraction, didn’t feel a thing. Didn’t realize Dr. Sivori were finished. I said to him, “Wow.” He is great. Everything were explained in detail for post opt. Very pleased

It’s been almost 18 months since I had my wisdom teeth removed. They struck a nerve in my face and I lost feeling in my bottom lip and chin and it never returned. The office told me multiple times they could not do anything before 12 months and to call back at the year mark and we would further evaluate. I called and left over 10 messages and my calls were never answered/returned. Absolutely horrible experience.

Dr Pape and Mona were amazing! He did a good job pulling the tooth and she made you feel like you had a friend with you. My experience could not have been better! Also big thanks to Ryan who helped with getting me the appointment.

I developed a dry socket following extraction of a tooth. When I contacted the office, they were able to work me in that same day. When I arrived there were several people waiting but I was taken back immediately and treated to end the pain. The doctor, nurses and staff were very pleasant and put me at ease. Should I ever need services again, I will definitely select this practice.
