The people in this practice are all wonderful and caring. I just went through a rather difficult crown replacement. However, Dr Herrick remained positive and persevered until she was satisfied that the crown was right. Also, the office staff has been really been helpful with scheduling and insurance issues.

Bonnie is a wonderful hygienist. She does a very thorough job cleaning and is not too chatty. I don't go there for conversation, that is what I like about her. I like to go in, get my teach cleaned and get out. She's great. Also Dr. Herrick is wonderful as well. Doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Only missing one star because the waiting room is in dire need of remodeling. That bright green pain on the wall is not soothing and the chairs that are cracked and held together with duct tape need replacing with new.

I am the Biggest baby when it comes to dentist- and I was a nervous wreck to even go into the office. From the very first time going into Family Dentist Associates- every single person in there even if they had nothing to do with me was so very kind, everyone went out of their way to comfort me, and through this whole process has been amazing for sure. Today I had my procedure done, the team of people that was working on me, They have no idea how much I truly appreciate every single one of them! They immediately put me at ease, because inside I was a basket case for sure, but they all were so compassionate so gentle and made sure I was safe through the procedure. Each of them took the time to make sure my husband was well informed too. When I started this journey Dr Peters and his staff assured me I was in good hands, and said this wouldn’t be as bad as I had it in my head which I get laughing gas to have my teeth cleaned, I just can’t do the thought, the smell, the sounds, nothing about a dentist office tonight I set here and I honestly don’t have pain, a lil discomfort and it’s all new, but pain absolutely not at all! So Dr Peters, your whole team that had a hand in my Procedure and the staff in your office, YOU ALL ARE TRULY AMAZING, I just can’t praise you all enough for all you have done for me! Forever Greatful! And soon I will be able to smile again, eat properly and not deal with painful teeth !!!!! I won’t freed the dentist office anymore with you all! Doctors and hygienist are wonderful. Never had an issue for over 20 years. I switch insurance and the issues begin. Apparently, my insurance wasn't billed correctly and I receive a huge bill. Was expected to pay it right away. I wasn't able to do so and told billing would pay it over time. Each time my family would go in for a service, I would chip away at the bill. However, JESSICA who initially screwed up the insurance piece and didn't take responsibility for it, would threaten me each visit with action. It wasnt until recently, I discovered she was threatening my young adult child who has nothing to do with paying the bill. This was not okay. SO, because of this one rude employee, we switched dentist. I have never witnessed such rude and unprofessional conduct by an employee. Also, when we went in to sign our release documents, she stood in the corner and glared at me and my child. I had never mentioned this to management and never intented to do so, but when I found out she was going after my child, it weighed on me differently. Shame on you Ms. Jessica! I hope no one has to experience her rudeness like we did. BTW the bill you sent to the collection agency has been resolved!!!

I have been going to Family Dental Associates for 30 years. The staff are very friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shumway and his staff have done a wonderful job on keeping me pain free during all of my procedures, and have given me a beautiful smile!!! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

I had an unexpected crown replacement. They fortunately have the ability to create them on site now, so in at 10:00. Evaluated, old one removed, filling replaced, whatever remaining prep work done. Out at about 11:30, and back at 2 to have my new crown set. Easy.

I am extremely happy with the staff and the outcome of my dental procedures. I do not know why I waited so long.

Family Dental has a great, friendly staff who have always taken good care of me. Amanda is really great and patient with my teeth cleaning and with checking for any potential problems. The dentists are always wonderful, friendly and good with the throat cancer screenings. They are always so nice and pleasant with every one.

Joan greeted me first and she was so sweet. Dr Herrick was so nice and bubbly. Dr Herrick and Joan both explained everything they were doing before hand. Dr Herrick let me know what course of action needed to happen and why. They young lady the scheduled my next appointment was very helpful. I will definitely be going back.
