Norton Immediate Care Center - Okolona

Friendly, compassionate care. Extremely clean and safe environment. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Taylor registration, Jean RN and Dr. Sy were terrific. I would recommend this location to anyone. Sticker selection is fully stocked, too!

Came here for covid testing, feeling like crazy. Bunni at the front desk was amazing, got me right in. Then Lauren swabbed my nose, both sides. I was scared and she made it not so bad like I was anticipating. Thank you so much bunni and Lauren!!!!!

My husband and I visited the Norton ICC on Preston and were very impressed by their friendliness, attentiveness, and patience during care, as well as communication during our visit. A big thank you to Receptionist Valenial, Nurse Jean, and NP Bower for such a positive experience!

NP Gore was very kind and clear in her explanation of my current situation. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable as well.

I came to this immediate care center around 11:30pm February 25th, 2021 and their night crew was terribly rude and disrespectful. They had no sympathy for me while I was in bad pain. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody, especially my loved ones.
