The maintenance staff at GPRES makes renting easy. Rob Pirl has been to our house several times since we moved in - always responding to a logged ticket within a reasonable time. He always comes and is knowledgeable and will follow up ASAP if he cannot complete a task on his first visit. He'll also make his trip worth while and be proactive on other issues/concerns in the house. excellent service and always friendly

Very unorganized. They were gonna power wash my house, insulate the basement, baby proof my deck, fix the screen door, clean the backyard, broken stairs etc... and they never did any of it. I do NOT recommend working with this company

Jeff Worsinger, is the absolute worst, as far as communication. Spent two weeks wasting my time, getting documents and everything he told me, was needed. Jeff, never bothered to call me back, nor even run my credit. Absolute complete waste of 2 weeks. I’m sure there was an underlying issue, however at least do your job and give me a fair chance. 707 Center Ave. 15147

Rip Off Liars. GPRES changed property managers while we lived at a property, didn't follow through with what they said, the new manager was a rude unprofessional woman name Debra Shaw. We had a hole develop in our ceiling due to a leaking pipe in the bathroom upstairs and she tried to blame and charge us. She then in turn found a way to get the money anyway upon move out and stole $400 from our security deposit labeling it "Cleaning fee" and stated it was dirty. The house is all hardwood floors and no carpets. It is impossible to have a $400 cleaning fee without carpets. Not to mention we spent close to $70 for cleaning supplies and spent two days washing the floors, walls, basement, etc to make sure it was super clean on top of it not being that dirty in the first place. The filing fee to sue them in a civil suit would end up costing close to or more than the $400 and they know that so they got away with stealing our money. It is a horrible, unprofessional, disgusting company. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Regis Beattie (President of GPRES) failed to pay my company for a job that was done for his company. After having to take him to the magistrate, I won by default because he did not even show up to the hearing. Then he appealed to a higher court, where I was awarded payment in full. Regis finally paid me after 7 months.
