I just left this food court restaurant an hour ago and thoroughly regret it. “Trying something new” ended up being a terrible experience. First off, the employees were apathetic, displaying themselves on their phones and leaning on the counter while in between customers. Secondly, a client that I PCA for and I were trying to order food and the employee (who was out of uniform) made absolutely no effort to try to hear him ordering. We asked questions about the menu as he has dietary restrictions, and not a single employee was able to answer them. We were told that our meals were gluten free, and upon receiving pita bread with the meal, I went back to the counter to double check that the pitas were gluten free and the employee responded “wait has he ate the bread yet or not” and then admitted he and his coworkers had absolutely no idea if they were. Not to mention spending $13 each on a food court meal without even a drink, waiting for 25 minutes for it to be ready, and halfway through my meal I started feeling ill and had to spit out my food. I’m home an hour later throwing up with a headache after eating this food, and I can’t imagine what my client may be feeling. Everything about this place was awful - the food, the pricing and meal options, the employees, and their knowledge/conduct/training on the restaurant and food that they are preparing. I will not be eating from this chain again and would request an explanation for the faults in my experience here.

PLEASE ASK THEM TO ALWAYS WEAR PLASTIC GLOVES WHEN HANDLING FOOD! I've seen the food handlers pick up lettuce, tomato, olives, bread, etc. with bare hands and then I lose my appetite. Otherwise, Food is exceptionally delicious! Esp. the humus, falafel combo plate.

A little pricey. Almost $8 for a Athena Gyro (gyro with feta ) but it's delicious and consistently good so I keep coming back

The gyro meat was pretty good, but everything that came with it was below average. There was something off about the humus (not to mention it had about 1/3rd cup of oil in it. The rice had no flavor. I spent $15 on a meal that I primarily only ate the meat.

AMAZING GYRO. Had moist meat, lots of it, soft warm Pita bread. Fries were thick and could taste the potatoe. All of it was hot. I will most definitely go here when hankering for a Gyro again. I went in with low expectations, since mall food, but I will be more inclined to tag along these shopping trips in the future.
