Green Door Properties was the company I rented from for seven and a half years. I have had a great relationship with everyone in the company. They are very professional and take care of problems in a very timely fashion. They are very well known in the neighborhood. I have many friends that happily rent from them. Mike Kane was my Real Estate agent when I bought my first house. All in all great experience for almost a whole decade!

In my capacity as a real estate attorney working in the title industry for the last 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work with Green Door Properties on many transactions. As I encounter buyers many who previously had rented from Green Door, sellers, real estate agents and loan officers who have worked with Green Door I consistently hear nothing but positive feedback. They are professional, courteous, informative, trust-worthy, dependable and efficient. They are a class act organization through and through and as a title attorney it has always been a pleasure doing business with them. ....And on a personal note- I have confidently referred my family and many of my friends and will continue to do so. Several members of my family and several close friends have purchased, sold and rented through Green Door. If you are looking for someone to guide you through the purchase or selling process or are looking to rent you couldn't be in better hands. In my profession I work with many real estate professionals and Green Door is definitely a stand out!

Earlier this year I moved from Nashville, TN to Baltimore, MD. Mike Kane with Green Door Properties was extremely helpful and patient as I didn't know what area I wanted to live in or what I was looking for. With his help and reassurance, I was able to find the perfect home I have always dreamed of at a great price! Mike helped make things easy and always worked around my busy schedule whether that meant working late hours at night or on the weekends. He will do everything he can to help you. I highly recommend him whether your are buying or selling as he will help you get the job done with much class and get you the best deal!

I wish I was able to give Green Door Properties 0 stars. While I was renting from them, they were slow to answer any issues we had. After we moved out, we never heard from the landlord again. I have emailed Shane Mitchell upwards of 10 times and have yet to hear back from him about our security deposit. If you can, use anyone but this company.

When buying a house they made me feel very comfortable and any questions I had during the transaction the response was unbelievable. I would never recommend using Green Door Properties or Mike Kane. The absolute worst renting experiences I've ever had. Unprofessional, unethical and terrible customer service. If you have to deal with Mike through Green Door, I would highly recommend reconsidering it. I regret going through this company and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. I read the reviews on Google just a little too late and wish I would have seen them soon. I will never use Green Door or Mike Kane again.

I am on my second apartment rented from Green Door, from my experience this is a top notch outfit that has been extremely helpful, not only in locating my first apartment but also my second. As of right now they are helping me find my first home to buy, and I could not be happier with the level of service that they are providing me.
