Green Roof

Nice little park on the roof top with a great view of the Power and Light district. To get here take either the stairs or elevator from the parking garage and go up to the top level. Open dawn til dusk and dogs are allowed if leashed. There are restrooms too.

Great place to drink a coffee from Cozzy's. The walls are now secured so no more dogs falling.

If dog owners were responsible and kept their dogs on-leash until the dogs are inside the designated off-leash area, then no dogs would fall to their deaths. There are multiple signs indicating that leashes are required. Just because you see morons disobeying the rules doesn't mean there aren't rules.

Such a great hidden gem. Grab lunch at Cosentino's then head up for a different perspective on the city. Plenty of seating, plants, birds and it's ready to forget you're on a roof.

Witnessed a dog fall to his death on 07/21/19. If I could give negative stars I would. I will be holding this park responsible to make serious safety changes or to close down for the safety of all the dogs. Please do not put your dog at risk of death by bringing them here.
