Holiday Inn Kansas City Downtown - Aladdin

Great hotel. Snuggled in the kc city strip. It's right next to some great bars, clubs and restaurants. All within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel had a great staff and the room was clean. Perfect for a weekend out with friends.

Clean though dated. Room was smaller than expected. Their website talked about complimentary glass of champagne-none received. Also was indicated on website that there would be bathrobes in room-there were none. Was very convenient to venue and valet parking though expensive was convenient. Excellent staff and very good restaurant.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Lots of great places are either a short walk or a couple stops on the Streetcar. The room was a lot smaller than I was expecting. The hotel could use some updating. Service at the front desk was kind and attentive. The glass of sparkling wine was a nice touch.
