Green Run Homes Association

Association rules and regulations around here are completely ridiculous and unneeded and when you need an issue solved the time it takes for them to respond back is unevenly long. I’ve been living here for 25 years and living here has taught me that when it comes time for me to want to buy a house, make sure it’s not in a neighborhood with an association! And also since I just got told your Facebook page is to just inform residence about stuff that’s going on then you should probably disable your Facebook messenger if that is not the correct means to get in contact with you. It literally makes zero sense for you to have a Facebook messenger linked to your page if we cannot use that as a means to get in contact with anybody

When will you open the spaces designated for meetings, parties, events, etc. What date? When will you notify homeowners you currently use it for files, boxes. What does the dues cover, that’s beneficial for all homeowners?

They do not care. You ask a simple question and get the run around. To dissolve this particular HOA or even to petition to have some board members being removed would be beneficial.

Purchased 2 Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Slices and 2 Chocolate Crunch Slices for a BDay Dinner and was very Pleased with how moist the cake was and light n creamy the cheesecake was. Very delicious!!!! Hiwever, not happy with the Size of the slice for the price.

I've lived here for 2 years now with no problems. I get prompt responses to my emails, calls, and Facebook messages from office staff. I enjoy the using the lap pool for exercise and look forward to it being open more once summer begins.

This HoA is a waste of time and money! Every year they tack on an extra $1 or $5 and they absolutely do nothing in Your neighborhood.

Web site says clubhouse pool is open... It is not open..?. There are lifeguards at the oceanfront every neighborhood pool in the city why is green run pools not open everyday. Someone is saving money either for green run or lining some pockets needs

All the negative reviews on Greenrun Home Associations isn't a lie. They are definitely corrupt and are robbing paying residents blind. Their operation hours are 8am-5pm they never pick up the phone and when you drive to the office they have the blinds down with stickers posted all over the window napping inside. For years signs have been missing grass is growing through the concrete parking lot that they're responsible for and if you dare talk to them about where are the funds going and why there is a lack of negligence in the community they get defensive. They must be a abolished this is a crime on what they're doing to us they even fill their own personal vehicles with gas that's intended for the Green Run vehicles that they drive around and park in the corner to go to sleep in.

Absolutely one of the most criminal organizations in Virginia. Imagine having one of the nicest homes on your street and getting a 27 page document explaining why your fence post is too high. With multiple photos of other very minor "violations" The staff do not support the military in any way and seem to target those who have to travel often for work. When they changed their financial institution, which canceled any existing auto pay, they do not hesitate to stack on late fees and to send you to collections. while on deployment. This organization really could careless about their home owners, all they care about is finding ways to scam you with fees.

I am very Disappointed in the association. With the pandemic going on they are proceeding to enforce such things as repair your mailbox must approve you color of your gutters a ect. I have lived in this home for over 20+ years with the same color on my property and live with the same neighbors in my neighborhood without complaints since we all know each other and respect each other. This is the first time that I’ve ever got a complaint on my property. You pay money every month for association doesn’t even take care of their own personal property. It makes me sad to live in a time where what’s important is not. Passing out sanitizer and mask to people who live in the neighborhood of Green run is very kind but let’s really talk about facts of what you’re really doing to all the other homeowners. Very disappointed if I can give a zero and give you a zero. Hopefully one day things will change for the positive.
