Family owned used car sales business that cares about their customers and offers a variety of good clean used cars at great prices. Their cars are thoroughly inspected, oil is changed they are cleaned and minor things taken care of. Very very pleased with the customer service and enjoyed visiting with Mike and his two sons. Would highly recommend.

This is not your average car buying experience. I have never ever met a salesman who is more honest and upfront. No I was not paid to write this review, nor did I know these gentleman prior to my experience today. I seen a nice car online and decided to stop by today and take a look and inquire about financing. Owner Michael ended his call and greeted me as I walked inside. I explained to him that I had interest in a vehicle on his lot and he quickly had his son grab the keys and go out to show me the car. When we went out to view the car it wouldn’t start due to a bad battery, these cars do tend to sit, so I didn’t feel discouraged... shortly after, the owners other son arrived and began to jump start the car. Then Michael the owner ran out and told his son “We aren’t selling him that car!” “He has a family and a child”. My girlfriend is pregnant and she was sitting inside of our car at the time which was parked rather far away. I never once even told them about my Girlfriend or her being pregnant. He explained to me that he too is a family man and he wouldn’t allow me to buy that vehicle or any vehicle without full disclosure. He simply said this vehicle isn’t for you. He didn’t suggest other options or try and lower the price to swindle me. I respect that! He could’ve easily diverted my attention to another vehicle to make a sale but he didn’t. He then proceeded to walk to my car and introduce himself to my girlfriend and asked how she was doing. He talked with us liked family. THATS GENUINE! You will never find anyone in sales with that kind of genuine care! This made me want to buy a car! I’m writing this review as a thank you to Michael and his sons as well as a bit of positive feedback for anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Don’t take my word for it, go and see them down at Green Valley Motors. These guys are old school legit businessmen.

Great guys at Green Valley Motors. These guys were very patient with me. Let me take the car our on two test drives. Spent time with me to explain the car, other options, pros and cons. I never felt like they were "selling" me a car but felt like they cared and wanted to put me in a good deal for my needs. I highly recommend them. Gabe and Nicolas were top notch.

This guy is literally a scam artist. I bought my car on 10/18/18 and have yet to receive my title. I spoke with him at about the 6, 8, and 10 week mark all of which he gave me the same line that it could take 6-8 weeks. During a conversation we had about a month later he finally disclosed that the title application had not even been sent for processing. It is now 2/18/19 and still no title. Upon arriving at Green Valley Motors I was blown away. Michael seemed so nice and like he really wanted to help. He was very knowledgeable about the black culture/community and used this to connect with us. This is just his sales tactic he can careless about the culture. I walked in on him with an Asian family and he was running them the same script about their culture. His attitude changed when I informed him that I realized I couldnt maintain the upkeep of the car and wanted to trade it to keep the business with him. He wanted an additional $1000 no matter what I traded it in for. I told him repeatedly that I didn’t have the money. After so long I didn’t want to do business with Green Valley Motors at all I just wanted my title. On 12/07/18 he sent me a picture of the title which verified that it was never sent about a month later I was contacted by the Compliance Enforcement Division in Carson City and still nothing. I’m so disappointed in the way I’ve been treated and the financial hardship that this company has caused me by not providing something that I am entitled to.

Great family run business. Mike, the owner makes everyone who enters that door feel apart of that family. They sell reliable cars at basement rates. Would recommend to anyone in need of reliable, transportation who wants to support family businesses.

I only give it 3 stars because the jury is still out if I was set up or not. The ad on Craigslist said they would give the buyer a 3 month warrenty. I got no warrenty in writing. I liked the owner and his 2 sons working there, but the day I went to look at the car, I bought it without reading over all I signed. I did have a problem with the service light come on and brought it bk to them and they fixed it for now. The cars engine runs great but I'm worried about the electrical components. If things work out I would give the place 5 's. But it's only been 2 10 days. The jury will be deliberating for another 2 months. I hope things work out.

We went in there to see a vehicle, and we ended up leaving with it same day. Micheal and his sons were very friendly and treated us like family. They know what they're doing and I can tell they care about their customers.

Nick is a splendid young salesman - genuine, attentive, and willing to work with you. I'd highly recommend kicking some tires here and looking for your next used car.
