Green Year Property Maintenance

Horrible Service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND I had them out to install some ceiling racks in my garage and to give me a quote to have my sprinkler system repaired/replaced. I was quoted $300 for them to install 3 ceiling racks and $45 for a sprinkler test to see what is working and what needs replacing. They came out and got one rack up and said they ran out of time allotted to install the other two racks and would have to leave. They also said there would be no discount in price even though they only installed one rack. They did say the other two racks were to long and we would have to exchange them for a shorter version, however the price should have been less since they didn't do all the work they quoted. They also said they knew how to install these racks but were lost the entire time. My son had to tell them how to drop the rack down lower since they were not able to figure it out on there own. They also charged me for the sprinkler test, took my money but never gave me the results. I have called requesting the results or a refund and they have yet to return any of my calls. I was able to talk them down on the price a little from the original quote, however they were not happy with it, this is probably why they took the extra $45 and ran without providing the service. They seemed very inexperienced and obviously stole money by not providing the service they promised. I would caution anyone from doing business with them.

I hired this company to fix what another company had ruined in my backyard. Their work was so exceptional that I had them do my front yard and re-paint my home as well! They have great rates and do amazing work quickly and efficiently. Jonathan is such a friendly and dedicated worker and so are his employees!

Green Year has cleaned my yard a couple times and have done a great job - they did what they said they would, were on time, and even suggested ideas for improvement.

We ordered a shed for our backyard and had to get leveling done. The owner of Green Year Property came out and gave us several options and an estimate for each option right away. They were quick to come and level our backyard according to the specifications we gave them. The base for the shed was larger than we thought and beyond the boundaries of the flags that were laid out, so it turned out the leveling was not enough for the shed to be installed. I called the owner of Green Year Property and he gathered information about the changes that needed to be made and came over to give us another estimate. More supplies were needed and the owner gave us a great discount since we had already paid for the first time. They came by promptly and leveled a larger area that would accommodate the shed. We highly recommend this company as they are willing to make any changes promptly and are good about making sure they do the best job they can.

I've struggled to find reliable, professional yet affordable yard maintenance, and this crew is it! They provide quality clean-up and yard work worth their rates. You can find cheaper, but you get what you pay for. They will provide an estimate, rather than hourly rate, for tree trimming, mowing, blowing, aeration, seeding, and use a non-toxic "secret sauce" for weed control. It worked! They do landscaping, synthetic grass and lots of other jobs. Call and ask! These are my new "go to" guys for property maintenance. Thanks Jonathan!

Great work, on time, professional, and knowledgeable about yard work and landscaping. The owner was on site working on the job. All the employees were courteous and went above and beyond making my backyard beautiful. I will be using them again in the future. Jonathan has a great company!!!
