Awesome store! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I came in the other day, Aaron was super friendly, helped me and loaded up all my soil without even being asked! The other guy was pretty nice too. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and it is always the same. Thank you boys. My garden loves you!!!!

Even if the product is defective there is no refund or store credit. I didn’t even want money back and it was a fraction of the money I spent. I left a bunch of free junk up there feel free to go by and pick it up. No use in taking it to my house.how did you know something doesn’t work unless u try it then they say no returning opened tested equipment. Is it impossible that 1 of the many purchases I’ve made is defective. Glad I’m not in a pinch for money. Enjoy the free useless equipment

Best hydroponic retail shop in Oregon. We were loyal customers of a local mom and pop shop for over a decade that was bought out by big hydro which totally tarnished our relationship. Went in needing to get my nutrients in my garden right. Braden was extremely knowledgeable. He didn't try to over sell me on anything, told me exactly what I needed to get my soil and nutrients right. Plants are so happy right now. Thanks Braden, you're righteous!! I highly recommend this place. I go here often. Edit: went in and Braden wasn't there and have now had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Phil twice now. He's a huge jerk, and not like your typical one. Only reason I'm changing the 5 stars to 4 is because of Phil. if he's there again and nobody else is, I'll go somewhere else. Phil needs people skills.

Still a hidden gem, which sadly and selfishly for me, I know will soon come to an end. Price wise, I've yet to see a price that they can't beat. There thumb is on the pulse of all new products in the industry and most are on display. They've assisted us in CAD drafting and design for industrial scale projects, yet helped us learn the ropes when we were much smaller scale. Quite simply, these guys and gals are great to have on the team, Ben your awesome and keep up the damn good work!

When I called to let them know I had left my purchases on the counter....lol I just expected the guy to say ok ill set it aside but he says well, "I could bring it to you". Now, I don't expect that they would deliver to everyone but because he offered and I had already had a great experience at their store I knew I was definitely going to be shopping here from now on, I didn't let him deliver my stuff that I forgot but he was going to do it and that's awesome in my book!
