Greenwood Ice Cream Company

On April 25, 2022 around 12pm truck #858 parked in the bike lane at 192 Peachtree Center Ave NE, I attempted to tell the drive he can't park in a bike lane. He told me to go away, so I called APD. It's a $1000 fine for a commercial vehicle to park in a bike lane.

Bad ice cream production, I found chemicals and plastic in their product. There was no explanation, just a refund. I could have been sued. For their toxic ice cream. Once I notified the company of there issue, I never heard from them again. I was doing business with them for 5 years. The lack of quality control, and being able to produce private label products was bad at best and dangerous at their worst.

Poor customer service. Delivery not received, no follow up information, no one in office can tell me where driver is or where my order is. I have to wait for the next business day and hope and pray my order arrive to my storefront before we open. Issues started from the beginning when something as a catalog couldn’t get emailed to me without waiting several days. Save your time and find another ice cream manufacturer to do business with.

Company abruptly stop supplying ice cream mix leaving me scrambling for a new supplier. Heard something about some health code issues...

I went for interview for a driving position with greenwood ice cream and I didn't get the job because the owner wants people to be vaccinated. So he chose not to hire me because I am not vaccinated and I am not going to get vaccinated either.

Very disappointed after being promised several times a sample would be in the mail with information about your product. Two months later I gave up. After all I had read about your great ice cream I hoped we would be doing regular business .

Their peppermint ice cream is the best.

Horrible customer service. Deducted 3 times the money they were supposed using my debit card without asking or letting me know. I have been trying to get in touch for 2 weeks and last time we spoke they said they’ll take care of it but again no response afterwards. They’ve taken my money and don’t want to respond after multiple emails, phone calls, and voicemails. Save yourself some time and money and don’t do business with them.

Their ice cream is absolutely the best and I have never had anything but a great experience when buying a carton to take home.

Outstanding customer service. Very responsive to my request. Loved the gelato, almost as good as what we had in Italy.
