It was our pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Greg in the purchase of our first home. Being first time buyers, we were naive to the entire process but Greg patiently and accurately shared his knowledge with us as we went along. There were two key moments when Greg impressed us most and we learned Realtors do much more than walk through houses with people. When our first offer wasn’t accepted and our hopes were crushed, Greg cautioned us not to get carried away and prevented us from paying more for a house than it was worth.
