Lauren is a true Portland agent. By that I mean in addition to some deep local expertise about the neighborhoods, community, and housing market- She's an original. I have a real estate background and knew of Lauren in the industry. When my partner and I decided we wanted to enter the FRENZIED Portland housing market I reached out to Lauren and was relieved to find she had bandwidth to work with us. If you want a real estate agent who won't let you settle and will tell you keep looking instead of writing an offer on a place that kind of sucks because you're tired- Lauren is for you. I will also add that she is funny, energetic, and extremely well connected in the community. That means socially, contractors, experts, neighbors... Lauren knows. As a final anecdote- I thought Lauren did a great job on helping us find and get this house we now love. But Lauren also negotiated that the sellers buy us a home warranty. While I thought that was nice of her- I didn't really think the home warranty would actually pay out if anything happened. I was wrong. When our washing machine broke after 4 months in the house we called the warranty company and they sent someone over. They ended up paying us $1200 to buy a new washer. WHAT? Thanks Lauren. Thanks for getting us the warranty, for not letting us settle, and for going hard for us when we found the right place!

Lauren is A-MA-ZING! She helped me and my husband buy a home a few years ago, and just recently helped us to sell it. If you are looking for a realtor that is educated not only about real state, honest, direct, funny, trustworthy, caring, and with good style.. she is the one. Lauren loves Portland, cares for her community and city and, therefore, is an expert about it. She will advocate for you as much as she does for the things she loves. She is a rad feminist and is constantly educating herself to be a better human being. I could honestly go on forever.. I believe that a person's personal values are reflected in their work and this is definitely true with Lauren.

Lauren was so amazing to work with when buying my home for my partner and I. While looking for a place she helped us figure out what was important to us and her guidance was invaluable. Once we found a place he knew exactly what we had to do to get our offer accepted in this intense market and was an expert throughout the entire closing process. Listen to everything she has to say because she will not steer you astray! Lauren and her second in command Daisy were the best and I cannot possibly recommend them enough.

In a word, amazing. Lauren is incredibly thoughtful in her approach to helping her clients find a home. And when I say home I don't just mean the house. She takes your lifestyle needs into account and helps you find a location that works for your family. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of home buying, care, and everything in between. Lauren came through again! After helping me purchase the perfect condo 6 years ago, she helped me sell it in late 2022. It wasn’t an ideal time to sell as interest rates were rising and it ended up being a complicated deal that I was ready to walk away from at one point, but Lauren managed to keep things on track and eventually get it done due to her calm and candid style and a little creativity. She’s also got her process down, and works with her partners like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend - you want her on your side for your next real estate transaction!

I’ve known Lauren for a handful of years now so when my mom needed to downsize to a smaller, easier to manage house, I got in touch with Lauren. I knew she’d be good and take great care of my mom, but she was AMAZING. In 9 weeks Lauren and her team had sold my mom’s house and gotten her into a smaller, perfect for her house in exactly the area she wanted, within her budget. Which is like, doing the impossible. Lauren has my forever thanks for the kindness and care she and her team took of my mom, and my awe for the magic they worked. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

You might think that other realtors you've worked with were the best, but you would be so wrong! Lauren is absolutely THE BEST realtor you could find anywhere. Her knowledge of the industry is superior, her bag of tricks to help buyers and sellers is extensive, and her network of every contact you might ever need to buy, sell, clean, move, or remodel a home is awe inspiring. All that, and she's just about the coolest person you've ever met! She's very frank and straight forward - she's not going to tell you what you want to hear, but she will be absolutely honest with you and SHE WILL BE RIGHT EVERY TIME!! We have now bought and sold twice with Lauren and wouldn't ever use anyone else. Shout out to Lauren's assistant Daisy too - she's also an amazing human who works hand in hand with Lauren to make the experience as painless as possible.
