Greige Patisserie

I don’t think I’ve had a more delicious cake than their black tie torte. It’s light and delicious and you can’t stop eating it. I also got the chocolate croissant which was light and flaky and buttery. The perfect texture. The place itself was very cute and the person who helped me was very informative and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. My husband and I used Greige as the baker of our wedding cake, and they did an amazing job! We just needed a small cutting cake to share with our bridal party, but had a pretty specific vision for what it should look like. Working with Miranda was so easy and she was open to our ideas, but also steered us in a direction to make sure the cake would turn out how we wanted it to. The deconstructed cake tasting was also so helpful for us to be able to try all kinds of combinations, and what we landed on was so delicious.

The danishes are out of this world delicious. Had the jalapeño popper croissant and Cafe au lait with reshi chai added. Had to take some danishes to go. Highly recommend. @greigemkeFood: 5/5

I visited the shop with my husband few days ago. We took a chocolate croissant and a chocolate cheese cake. Both the items were really delicious. Management stuff was great. This was our first time being in the shop. We would like to visit again.Food: 5/5

Working with Greige Pâtisserie was a wonderful experience. Greige was a dream to work with for our wedding! Miranda was so helpful and kind from the start, so it was an easy pick for me, especially after the cake testing. They have unique and special flavors and were extremely helpful with their suggestions, which really added to our wedding. They also were easily able to accommodate when I added on an additional 6" round on the side after the RSVPs had come in. Miranda and her team did a fantastic job bringing our cake concept to life. The top tier was Earl Gray cake, with citrus curd filing and Elderflower buttercream. The base was Chocolate, with raspberry preserves filing and Elderflower buttercream. The cake was decadent, a true celebration of taste, creativity, and it looked absolutely stunning with the florals left by our florist. Everyone loved it! In addition to the cake, our guests loved the mini desserts and macarons. We barely had any leftovers. Look no further. Greige Pâtisserie is without a doubt the best in French bakery in the metro Milwaukee area. Miranda and her team create masterpieces that are nothing short of jaw dropping and stunning. We love this place so much; I make the drive in from Pewaukee frequently just to pick up treats. I truly cannot recommend Greige enough!

We love this place. Visited for the first time and loved their assortment of sweet treats, and were excited for to-go cocktails we could take home for later since we visited in the morning. They serve Anodyne coffee, which is some of the best around, and their service is patient and helpful. Definitely recommend a visit for a mellow morning.

We hired Greige Patisserie to make our wedding cake and it was beautiful! The cake was delicious as well. They were very helpful and accommodating including having a separate gluten free cake. Miranda and the Greige team were very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend them to others.
