My son has been seeing Dr. Post for about 6 years and enjoys seeing her. She is such a fun spirited Dr and makes him comfortable during the visit. I started seeing Dr Post a few years ago when Dr Blackman retired. I enjoy my visits with her as well. And they will even do appointments with my son and I at same time which is convenient for my schedule.
If you want an Optometrist that TRULY cares about your parents or your well being? Dr Post is it!! She NEVER EVER treats you like a number, she's thorough and never rushes to make you feel like you're not important. She answers every question honestly and is very professional!! Thank you Dr Post for treating my Dad like the King he is!! You all are amazing!
Very helpful office! I was visiting from out of state & got something painful stuck in my eye. They were able to work me in the same day & it helped tremendously. Dr. Carson was so kind & very gentle during the exam. I’d recommend her and this office to anyone local or visiting.
The level of customer service has slowly degraded over the years and currently not friendly or helpful. Check in process is long and wait times are unpredictable. My latest appointment ended with a vision prescription that was incomplete a vision measurement was literally missing from the script and therefore could not be filled. When a corrected prescription was requested office staff told me Dr Murphy was out of the country and would not return until after the new year. I was then told no one else can correct or amend his prescriptions. I asked who Dr Murphy's back up was during his absence and was told there was none. Who goes on vacation without a backup? So Dr. Murphy and possibly most of the other optometrists at Green Vision are just renting booth space. So, I will miss getting my glasses for 2022 and will miss getting my eye glass reimbursement for the year. So why do I go to Grene Vision? Be sure to check if your provider is renting a booth or actually a part of the practice.
Dr Lori Barton has replaced Dr Cheryl McGuire. Loved Dr McGuire! She was my eye doctor for 25 years. Dr Barton is very thorough & doing a fantastic job. I appreciate how she explains & clarifies what she is doing. Very refreshing.
All in all, an excellent experience. The staff was prompt, polite, and helpful. Ashley was thorough, friendly, and above all, worked thoroughly with me to do the best job possible and I walked out having had a good experience. I recommend her and Grene Vision highly
I needed surgery on my eyelid and I'm not too proud to say that I was actually fairly terrified. Dr Jasper-Trotter is one of those physicians that just exude confidence and that was really the only thing that put me somewhat at ease. Her work was quick and, aside from the numbing shot, painless. When it was over, my overly dramatic self really felt like she had just saved my life. It was just a chalazion, but it felt like the apocalypse.
I was a patient of Dr Doug Blackman for some 30 years, so when he retired, I expected there to be some adjusting to someone new. I have to say my experiences with Dr Cassidy Kessler have been excellent. She is very professional but also has a great manner which immediately puts you at ease. It has been an easy transition.
I’ve never felt so ripped off by an eye doctor, like I have with Dr. Post and Greene Vision’s contacts team. I came in for my app. and paid my co-pay which was outrageous even with decent insurance. I then go through the usual tests and checks, and then we start talking about contacts. I originally asked to just be fitted for my usual brand and then she proceeded to let me know those were outdated and there are better brands. I said okay, not knowing anything, and I was willing to hear the options. However, she came back with their newest brand, told me it’d be 65 for a trial and then left me to it. I paid for the trial and went on my way. Called to order them 5 days later and I got told they were 700 dollars for a year supply. Which with inflation I’m not paying that price, I asked about my original brand and then asked if I could go with monthly’s of that same brand I’ve been wearing for the last 10+ years. But, NO, I’d have to go back into the doctors, schedule an app and go through another $65 trial. This is outrageous, I’m well aware that dailies are different from monthly’s and that my eyes would need to adjust, but the fact that you want someone to pay over 200 dollars to try contacts out before sending my prescription to me is RIDICULOUS. I have fought this company for a week just trying to get a call back on ordering contacts. To then know they wanted me to spend an outrageous amount of money on contacts so their store numbers look good… but the man refuses to send out my prescription for contacts I’VE WORN FOR OVER 10+ YEARS!!!!! I’ll never be back, and I hope I have no further issues cause honestly it’s the worst eye service I’ve ever had. INFLATION people, everybody is struggling and medical care should be the last place any of us need to feel ripped off. Be Better!!!
Grene Vision could be a little more expensive than other places, but I have been to several in town and found out that these guys are the best in the business. I spent more money replacing my lenses due to cracks and scratches regardless of many anti-scratch coatings I paid to put in my glasses. Dr. Post at Grene Vision was a very kind and courteous lady. She explained and answered all my questions and made sure I got completely taken care of. The staff at the retail department was also really helpful and explained all the charges and features that are available. I overall had a great experience. Parking is available all around the building and it’s very easy to find too.
