Excellent customer service. I'm heading out on vacation in a couple of weeks and my Maui Jim glasses have the coating peeling on the lenses. I have had these glasses since 2013 and wanted to get the lenses replaced. I came across the website and they were super helpful and within a couple of minutes I had a invoice in my email and 2 days later a video sent to my phone of the young lady who helped me shipping the box. Excellent customer service will use again.
Ordered side shields for my safety glasses online, they were shipped to me very fast, even had a nice hand written note included in the package. They will be getting my business again. This is how you treat customers and gain loyalty.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. Both times I’ve been very pleased with the quality and quick delivery. This last time I ordered glasses that were too small. I went online and found a different pair for the same price and asked for an exchange. Brinlee sent me a return postage and within a few days of returning the first pair I received my exchange. I will order from them again in the future! Thanks again for your help Brinlee!!
I absolutely love my Oakley sunglasses. They arrived faster than expected and Brinlee was a huge help in making sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely be shopping with specs for any of my future sunglass needs.
Ordered Randolph Aviator Fusion sunglasses for the hubs on the Specs website and he is absolutely over the moon about them. Brinlee sent us a fun video of her sending them out for us which is a nice customer touch we've not experienced from an online purchase before. Specs Is amazing! They helped me find a pair of lenses I couldn’t find anywhere else, and the customer service was phenomenal when they say they are going to do something and call you back, they actually do! That is so rare these days.
They quickly and professionally fixed my glasses for no charge. Myanh was pleasant, and even threw in some glasses cleaner for free. Really a wonderful experience.
I ordered some replacement lenses, and got exactly what I needed. Easy to use website, with a level of customer service that is refreshing in this day and age. Thank you Specs, I will be using y’all for all of my sunglasses needs.
