Greyhound Bus Lines

They run throughout the country this good but they are late half the time. In DC this location they closed their office and had transit passengers wait outside in the cold at night.

Absolutely catastrophic. My bus was cancelled and I received no support, no refund and no credit whatsoever. The bus was crowded despite the pandemic, no social distancing was possible.

Cold, and usually colder than the temps. No enclosures on that floor..right now because of remodeling, which of course is something which needs to be done during holiday travel season when it is coldest. So the seating, pictured here, is literally in the middle of the parking lot. Wifi 3 of them don't work.

Its a small older station but this is the best station for food.

THERE,S NO BUS! on the 4th be of July! I usually have 5 star for Grayhound Atlantic City and Washington D. C round trips, but; Grayhound cancelled my bus and didn't email, text or call me. I'm at the station and there no bus , the bus is listed to depart. THERE was NO Bus! I had to take the TRAIN.
