On May 30-31 from Panama City, Florida to Melbourne, Fl, there was a 4 hour layover in Orlando. The security on duty harrassed me while I burned sage in the smoking area. The guard began screaming at me when I walked away from him. I removed myself from greyhound property until I felt it was safe for me to return do I could make my ride. At 0820, I walked back and the two guards were leaving and the female guard began streaming at me again, do I walked faster using my cane as aid to get away from them. They threaten to call police and you know, I wished they had. These people are a threat to ORLANDO Greyhound station. I think I'll rent a car next time.

Was clean, but the food prices were a little expensive. Needs more security. Had a dealer come up to me in the smoking compound and ask if I needed anything

Much cleaner than my last experience. I was glad that this time around I didn't have as long of a layover. There week still homeless people that needed assistance but I believe that will be in any city you go to. The way I have found to avoid issues with this is to not carry cash on me. The customer service at this location was good as well although I cannot speak for the bus driver specifically.

This was a well-organized Greyhound bus station with an excellent choice of different foods to eat while you're waiting for your transfer or just waiting for your bus ride a great experience to enjoy and very clean and very well maintained, one of the better Greyhound bus station that has such a variety of different things to do while you are waiting or catching the bus, it has great security and family-friendly with access to disabled facilities and very courteous employees, I hope this is helpful

Better than most of the Greyhound bus stations I've experienced. Restaurant is pretty good. Seats are uncomfortable for long stays but clean and in good condition.
