Greyhound: Bus Station

The attendant was courteous in telling me my bus is 5 hours behind. Greyhound executives please invest in technology that alerts customers of delays by text or by email so we can plan accordingly. If you are considering GH call and to confirm your bus is on schedule.

I'M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH GREYHOUND AND THE WAY THE DRIVER OF THE DALLAS BUS HANDLED MY CARRY ON., HE AND GREYHOUND KNEW I WAS DISABLED AND IN A POWER CHAIR UNABLE TO CARRY IT ON THE NEXT BUS GOING TO SEARCY AR. FROM LITTLE ROCK WHERE THE DALLAS BUS TRANSFER STATION IS. I'M A SENIOR AND I AM A ELDERLY OLD MAN JUST WANTING TO GET HOME TO MY CHILDREN BUT THIS DRIVER HURT MY FEELING BY NEGLECTING MY NEED TO HAVE THE CARRY ON THAT HAS VERY VALUABLE THINGS THAT CAN'T BE REPLACED BY MEMORY. I FORGIVE THE DRIVER BUT I REALLY WANT MY BELONGINGS BACK PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON ME GREYHOUND.

If the USB ports are not working on the bus there should be some Outlets at least layover spot. more & more payphones are disappearing so people are using their cell phones they need to keep them charged I don't think dropping someone off at a location 3am and some small town and they can't get ahold of anyone because their phones are dead. I would choose safety as well

Got in early, staff was rushy, but polite. Facility looks nice, but needs more sitting area, as well as a look at the male bathrooms. Run down looking, as well as the fact that the stall door is held closed with nothing else than duct tape, wrapped around the latch that the slide lock should go in to.

Poor customer service, I tried to buy something, and the lady told me she guess thats the price, and gave me bout two ta three different prices. You won't be guessing with my money.
