Greyhound: Bus Station

Parking is okay wish they had closer parking for us who come here for our classes workers are very nice

Nice, clean bus station. They also have banquet spaces, an espresso stand, Workfirst offices and other offices.

Downtown could use updating but have rode the bus many times...nice ride through the mountains...beautiful views but watch stuff while riding not unusual for someone to grab wrong bags...bus is always on time so don't linger to long or you could get left...keep personals close to body...my son fell asleep and woke up to tablet and phone stolen...so don't travel to heavy and watch your stuff carefully...staff last time I rode was nce

My bag somehow got lost somewhere between this station and the one in Seattle. So the employees here called and have not heard back yet it's been like 3 hours! I try calling myself and got a voicemail! Jesus Christ people! How unprofessional! Plus the bus driver was rude! Never ever will I come to Washington via greyhound!

8:45 we were checking. In to get to Seattle then Tacoma We wanted to see if there was a different time slot we could take He refused to look it up and said Irs not his job y daughter asked him a question and he snapped at her How dare you? He looked very angry and aggressive He had no name tag Wears a cop and glasses and beard Who hires these people He should be fired!
