Don’t work here. Yolanda the floor supervisor is probably the worst person I’ve ever worked under. I was very professional with her and she was cool for the first 2 days and then became extremely passive aggressive, expected me to be perfect at something she had only shown me how to do for 10 seconds. they’ll make you feel like you’re doing everything wrong when you’re trying your best. Just don’t waste your time, not worth it.
Do not work here. The manager Yolanda tries to be very intimidating. You can try your hardest and she will make you feel like your not doing anything right. I've honestly never worked for a woman like that before. The few employees that work there told me that they have problems keeping people because of her. I called my temp agency to tell them about it and they said they have had a lot of complaints on the same issue . This is not a lie what I am telling you. I really needed this job but I won't be talked to like a dog. I'm very quiet and do my job. But she is too much.
As a consumer and someone who loves their 4Runner, Griot's garage is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time I place the order to the actual delivery, they always keep me in the loop. Once the products arrive, they're always well packed and the one time I had a product that did not perform as expected, they refunded my money without any problems. I'm excited to visit the Plainfield, Indiana location if only to pick up pre-ordered product and to get a glimpse - and a selfie - of where the Griot's products are made!
An absolute pleasant experience from start to finish! Like the review above, I too live in Indianapolis and needed to pick my order up ASAP. I was told as well it would be 24hrs before I could pick my products up, but unlike Phil I decided to call the warehouse and ask if there was any way I could pick my products up first thing in the morning. Guess what? I had my my products first thing in the morning.
Do not work at this place it is horrible. They are looking for a robot and management needs to take classes on how to run a business. Horrible assembly line with no structure couldnt be worst. Will end your assignment after you work hard . Wish I could give 0 stars.
I usually use Adams and found out that Griots was local so I figured I would try them out and purchase some supplies for a project I am working on. The tech I talked to on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions and gave me the part numbers and cost for all the product I needed for the vehicle I was working on about $300. I then tried to order and pay for the items and indicated I would drive across town later in the day to pick them up at their warehouse A option the offer being that they are local. I was informed that I had to give a minimum of 24 hours notice and being that it is Friday morning It would be Monday afternoon before I would be able to pick the items up. I decided to go back to my Adams product due to I could order them and have them delivered first thing Monday morning and complete the project over the weekend. It is sad when you try and buy local and they make it harder than just ordering off line from a place out of state.
I was falsely accused and fired on my first day just because I gave a friend a ride to work they fired both of us and claim we was related when we wasn’t .
Working for the company is not a good experience they lose good working because of bad management skills and bad communication they treat people unfairly and I personally got falsely accused I will never recommend anyone to go work for cj or this company
