Came in looking for a specific coin for my spouse for an anniversary gift. Not only were they able to special order it for me, but assured that it had the certificate to keep the value intact. They beat out the price of another store here in town that didn't even have the certificate. Very pleased with our service and received our coin quickly!

SO tired of those who lie as easy as they breath. I had a 10oz bar I bought 10 years ago and a 1oz coin 5 years, they where put in a box and never taken out until today. Spot price was 16.90 and GGS said he "would give me 15.00 because they were dirty" .. SO I ask "should I take them home and clean them?" "No" he said then he said "they are damaged". .. Sure buddy sure. I just did not care after having to listen to a used car salesmen yesterday. I said "just give me the 15.00", Even other small Gold dealer in Billing maybe truthful, but GGS has colored them all for me. Not a hug fan of gold to start, with I am not buying any more since this game seems to attract cheats and lies. I just do not have the time or energy to learn enough to understand when I am being cheated, other then when you just know. OK GGS you got me for a few bucks hope it makes your day, BUT if you read this and change your mind about going there, then my loss would have been well worth it

The people working here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I shopped around and they have the best prices and the service was prompt and professional. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends.

Waited while the gentleman professionally helped two other customers and then he quickly gave me the value of my coin. Great service and a honest answer. A great local small business.

I have been in the store several times since it opened a couple of years ago, always have been impressed with how clean and orderly it is. Employees have always tried to help even though most of the time I am just looking around.
