Williams Gallery, Inc.

I have enountered extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism over the years at this store. I normally choose not to go in but sometimes I like to look at the jewelry collection. I went in yesterday and was met with extreme rudeness from two sales people. The first one acted like she was very putout by me just being there. The second--a young man, was actively hostile and angry towards me for simply asking for help with the jewelry which he said he hated anyway. The owner is also very unfriendly. I have been a paying customer over the years yet I feel like they would rather I not enter their store. And I can assure you that I won't be going back. There is really no excuse for this disgusting display of horrible customer service. It is not that hard to be nice to people. I would not recommend this store.

I was pleasantly surprised with their knowledge and helpfulness. I had some old nickles, and they identified them and gave me an approximate value for no charge -- I didn't even buy anything.

Sold some dimes on February 8, 2017. Spot was 17.75$. Was told they would buy my silver for 17.00$. I accepted. I went home and double checked the math. They paid me 15.21$/ Troy ounce. I called Williams gallery and was met with hostility. I was never given an apology for my troubles, was never offered the difference in what was owed to me. Only just bring the money and come get your silver. I did just that. At the store I was handed a bag of dimes, I asked if this was all about f them? They did not run the dimes through the counter. I would not recommend Williams gallery to anyone. They knew I was confused and they attempted to cheat me.

Best dealer in Bozeman and have been using them for 20+ years. Always willing to give you current prices on sales even if they are out of stock on bullion or coins. They always are there to buy when you need it and they offer great prices and are extremely honest when pricing jewelry or coins. Their honesty and fair practices keep me a loyal customer that I recommend to all my friends and family.
