I booked Terry and his team for my engagement proposal. They were perfect! I could not have found a better photography company to help with this. His responsiveness was amazing, getting back to me right away to answer questions. He helped coordinate with the photographers on his team, helped my plan come together perfectly, and made the whole process stress free. He was professional, personable, and made the planning process enjoyable. We recently had the best experience using Gruber Photographers! Jeremy Gruber did our wedding photos many years ago and we loved working with him. When we started planning our son’s Bar Mitzvah 15 years later, we immediately thought of Gruber. We absolutely made the right decision hiring them again. This time Tilly was our photographer and she nailed it! The pictures turned out beautifully and she captured all the best moments. She also has a very easy going and kind personality and her assistants were all wonderful too! A friend just saw our photos and without me even asking for her opinion she said, “Wow, you had the most amazing photographer!” She asked if they would travel from New York to Chicago for her! I highly recommend Gruber Photographers. Without a doubt, we will be using them again for our next big event!

Cannot say enough of Terry Gruber. Needing to get senior portraits in the middle of some impending deadlines. Terry is extremely professional- a trait often taken for granted. He was prompt and courteous. Extremely hardworking and showed great insight in navigating location, personality of my teenager and what would suit her needs. Did a lot of prep work before the shoot. He put us foremost, from the get -go and I knew, right away- we were in very good hands. Obviously his expert experience in the industry greatly helped us, guiding us with all aspects including hair/makeup! He made my daughter feel very comfortable, as well her parents. His assistant Max was fantastic as well. And the photography- brilliant! Both the digital and the FILM are spectacular- resulting in many compliments. Do not hesitate to use him for your senior portraits. There is no need to shop around.

Terry and his team were a pleasure to work with. As it turns out, my fiance and I didn't even end up waiting until the pre-arranged date I had ironed out with Terry, but he and his photographer were professional, responsive, and detail-oriented in the planning. They were also reasonable in granting a partial refund of my deposit, despite the substantial work that they put into planning. I'd recommend them.

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with Gruber Photographers! Terry Gruber took some of my best headshots for my LinkedIn profile. The quality of his photos is phenomenal, but what’s even better is his professionalism. I get camera shy quite easily, but thanks to Terry and his amazing assistant, I felt comfortable right away. He gave me a few directions but was never nagging and that helped me get a variety of great shots. I‘m from Germany and came to NYC for this surprise. It is unimaginable what a great company we had with the team of Gruber. During the proposal our photographer was hidden well, and gave us enough Time time to realize the First impressions. There were other spots and places suggested after the proposal to take great photos. Also, we were not pressured because of the booked time and we had the feeling they have enough time for us.

Terry is just fabulous. Wonderful work, and wonderful to work with. He photographed our sons prom and then we hired him for his graduation photos. It was such an easy and delightful experience.
