Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

This is another one of my favorite Mexican food places in Cheyenne. They have two stores and the food is consistent between them. The restaurant downtown is my preferred location to eat at though because it has more room. The service at both places is awesome also!!!

I really loved the food: Tacos El Carbon were so delicious. I also like the Enchiladas Suizos. This is a super chill spot, that could only be improved by the addition of a patio and an augmented selection of local craft beer.

Never have been disappointed with the food or service. I have tried probably six different menu items and I loved each one. Which is awesome cause I usually get the same things at restaurants, so knowing I have options there is great.

I went there during the Friday lunch rush, so I can kind of understand why our server was a ghost most of the time. Regardless of that, the salsa and bean dip was very good. The chips are very delicious as well, and it was hard to stop eating them. I ordered the loco burrito and it was very good! It was a big sized burrito so I couldn't eat it all. Also had the cheesecake chimi. I was very happy with all the food that was ordered, and I will be returning.

Wait staff was fantastic....not at the table constantly, but there when you needed them. Plus just so nice...even played with our kids a bit. Food is delicious! We had a taco plate, rancho salad, nopalitos, and the triple enchilada plate. We would order it all again. Great restaurant and fairly quick too!
