Poor Richard's Restaurant

We have the to go Salad bar every few weeks. The food is delicious, the manager however is not that great. Every time I come in for our to go ( we have kids and dont always want to dine in) the same manager is always at the front podium. She does not seem enthused that I am ordering to-go. She looks at me like I'm a joke, like I am not good enough to be in her restaurant. I asked many times to speak with the owner and she tells me they are not in and she does not give me an option to go a different route. I have had employees agree with me that she is not pleasant. The management literally laughed over the phone when I was asking her questions... wow. I'm not sure if I'll order here again, that is how bad that woman made me feel.

Was there with family to celebrate my sister's 65th Birthday. Great menu. Something for everybody plus a soup & salad bar. Service is spot on most of the time.

Predictably average in every way. The ambiance is that of a place that has been in business for many years but has never updated they're restaurant. The service is okay... not bad, but certainly not over-the-top amazing. The food is, well you guessed it, average. The good news? The prices are pretty much average to, maybe a bit on the high side. On a bright note, I had there homemade sausage and pasta the other night. That's not something I would typically do at a steak place. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. However, in the past I've ordered steaks. On every occasion they were lacking in any sort of seasoning, although they were prepared to the correct level of doneness. The wine list? Again, you guessed it. Pretty average. Desserts? Well, the dessert tray we were shown looked like it was about five years past its prime. Unfortunately the desert I ordered tasted much the same. This place has so much potential that is simply not being realized. Too bad too.

Absolutely the best steakhouse in town! We had a party of 5 and everyone loved their food. My steak was cooked perfectly! Service was excellent! Highly recommended!!!

Nice atmosphere with soup & fresh salad bar. Good service. Good buffalo burger.
