Luxury Diner

Great food (especially the pancakes)! It also has a lovely, cozy atmosphere--especially in the seating area that they built in a train car. And the staff is super friendly. On my last visit, our server wisely suggested that I avoid the full stack of pancakes (did I mention they're huge?), and how right she was. Plus pies and (giant) cinnamon rolls that you can take with you!

Good service, good food. As always. Only issue, they were out of two things I tried to order for breakfast at 830 am. No big deal went to the third option.. Lol food still tasted great. And was cooked perfect.

I will never go back. I ordered an omelette, biscuits and gravy, and corned beef hash. My first bite of hash was tough like gristle. Unfortunately all of the hash was full of big chunks of gristle-like corned beef mixed with what seemed like mashed potatoes. Canned corned beef hash would have been better. They even re-cooked it for me and it was even worse. The biscuits tasted burnt and the sausage gravy was flavorless. The eggs of the omelette were overcooked (this is coming from someone who likes her eggs dead). My waitress did not offer to take anything off the bill after I politely complained. This place does not deserve the almost 5 stars it has.

The food is good except every time I ask for eggs with out slimy whites I never get it. Try to order over well and the waitress said you don t want any soft yolk. So I said yeah but I can’t stand slimy whites and she said she would make sure and tell the cook. Low and behold out they come slmey. And there answer is always they take them back and recook but then the rest of your food is cold. Guess I just need to be firm on over well. And luxury just a recommendation your ac grill in main lobby is FILTHY. I had to get up and see if it was just stained but oh no the grime wiped right off. Used to always stop when we made it to Cheyenne but not anymore.

Took my 80 something landlady there and had a great lunch and one of the best servers, made her feel real good and she hade a nice time, I reel appreciate how great she was with her. The food was great. Will be going back a lot more. Thank again to the nice people at the luxury diner for a great dinning experience.
