Another cute store The only issue i had was with inventory. How the person that recounts after me literally got most of the tickets wrong, lol

Very surprised by some of the reviews. I was supposed to pick up a dress for my friend from KP, but was running late. I called and spoke to Ben and he was very nice and ensured me that the dress would be there. Andre, one of the managers was also very helpful. Overall, customer service was great!

Mostly, I buy cozy, stylish, and comfortable clothes for my husband my husband loves them

The staff is very rude. One of the girls came in to the fitting room and took out 2 dresses claiming that I wasn't allowed to have that many items whereas the girl who was working there said 5 items were allowed. When I tried explaining it, she cut me off in the middle of the sentence. We just left not buying anything, coz we got really upset.

Avoid this store, rude people, treating you like nothing. I came to return smth i bought online and they told me to go home and to do it online just because they don’t want to help me! Just because they decided that i returning too many things, yes i bought 10 items and wanted to return 6, but I don’t understand what wrong with that? Im keeping 4 items worth almoust $300. Stupid idiots. I with i asked the name of that assistant who turned me off, like im doing smth completely wrong

I had very bad experience, employees including managers were to busy talking to each other. I passed by them so many times but no one offered to help or even made an eye contact. Im a regular shopper at Guess and I have been shopping Guess since I was 16 years old, but Kings Plaza mall Guess really made me upset, and I had to walk out without making any purchase. I was not treated as a valuable customer there and it makes me sad!

The Guess store in Kings Plaza is by far the worst Guess store ever. Really poor customer service, they aren't versed on company policy. When they mess up they do not try to fix the situation with the customer. Instead they make you go through hell and still don't fix the problem. How can you treat your customers that way. If you don't like your jobs get a new one period.

Bought several bags from here and 2 cute tops. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning soon.

When it comes to sales associates at store level companies usually have strict dress code guides, as they are dealing with customers and representing the brand. Sales Reps. should not be looking as they just rolled out of bed. This particular location is lacking in dress code and being rude to customers. Poor management = poor retail sales associates. Please look directly across to Michael Kors retail stores on dress code, and how they're always in point; nothing but representing their brand to the highest level.
