Larry is awesome. He handled the entire transaction for interfacing over the phone and email. He helped me determine what was needed and sent samples for free. I even had a problem when the order arrived and Larry resolved it. His responses were always prompt and friendly, especially for what was likely a relatively small order in comparison to his usual customers. I never felt unimportant. I would not hesitate to order again or recommend Guide Fabrics to a friend.
I LOVE Guide Fabrics! They have the best selection of interfacing that I cannot find anywhere else. The guys who work there are so kind, when I was pregnant he would make a little handle for me to carry the bolts easier. After I moved from NYC to Florida they still accommodate my needs and ship fast and secure.

We found this place in NYC looking for interfacing for our prices, and we we're blown away by the quality and price! Every time we've gone so far the employees have been friendly and helpful, and when we decided to order online and have it shipped, the order got to us eerily fast. I would recommend Guide Fabric, definitely give them a try!
I don't know what happened to the other reviewer but my experience here has never been anything but lovely. Tom is incredibly helpful and knows the place like the back of his hand. Prices and quality are excellent and I always look forward to going back. *** fashion people are tough but if you're polite and courteous to them, they'll reciprocate!

If you're looking for interfacings guide fabrics is the place to go they have everything under the sun and you can ask anybody customer service is amazing they're polite they'll work with you and they'll let you know what's best for the type of products or fabrics you're working with
Ample selection of pretty much the same all around. Unorganized and horrible service. Rude little men with an attitude who belittle designers willing to give them ongoing business. With so many quality fabric stores around the area, this one is definitely NOT worth it. Stay away.
Guide Fabrics is a gem in the garment district. I walk in and get help immediately. The people who work there are knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful.
