The 2-way zipper pull tabs on my favorite coat fell off, so I took my coat from one highly recommended place to another, only to be told every time that the entire zipper needed to be replaced. I knew this couldn't be true bc the zipper still worked fine, just wouldn't stay on the end when unzipped. And then I eventually lost the tabs while carrying the coat around town. Finally I contacted the original coat manufacturer who was also very helpful and referred me to Panda. I made it there today and Herman the Zipper Master replaced the tabs in about 90 seconds and made sure the double tabs zipped and stopped properly in both directions. Everyone there was lovely, helpful, prompt had responded to my email within half an hour when I wasn't sure if they would be open by the time I could get to them today, and I'm thrilled to have my coat wearable again! I just KNEW someone could fix it, and Panda Int'l Trading was the place! Thank you for your prompt service and top notch zipper skill. I don't even know what other services you offer, but I have complete faith and will be back for any other kinds of fixes needed!

Super helpful service. The man who helped me wasn't even annoyed that he had to put back like 13 spools of thread that were not the type I needed. Word of warning: Ask before you start randomly taking thread out of the bins. The first set of bonds is heavyweight thread & was not what I needed. The salesman didn't seem annoyed that he had to help me find the same colors over again in regular thread. Plus their prices can't be beat!

Ordered elastic by roll 100Yards Spool arrived in bad quality and not continuous. Every 2-3 yards there were glued on connections. Not as advertised. Waste of money and time, wouldn't recommend.
